Certified Transmission Worst Service Ever!!!! Stockbridge, Georgia

I had my SUV repaired at Certified Transmission in Stockbridge, Ga. about 10 months ago. I noticed a small rattling noise and being a woman YES i did ignore it for a week maybe two. However, I took the truck back to the shop and Jimmy told me that I was going to have to drop it off for a few days to figureout what was wrong with it. I told him that was ridiculous it had just been there for two weeks on a transmission repair that he assured me would be ready in 48 hours!! He did not have time to repair or look at it. So I took it home. The noise got progressively worse. I called Jimmy and again he did not have time to look at it and so I would have to leave my truck for a couple of days. He listened to the noise and said he didnt think it had anything to do with the transmission. So I took it to 3 different mechanics who all told me that the noise was due to the torque converter was not tightened down enough to the fly wheel causing it to rattle and eventually was going to knock all the bolts out. Again, I went back to Jimmy and told him what THREE other mechanics told me that it should be covered under my warranty. He said they didnt know what they were talking about. He AGAIN did not have time to look at it (Thursday) I asked if I could drop it off the following day (Friday) no he stated every one wanted their car done on Friday. Saturday? Nope they didnt work on Saturday....(Business hours showed that they were open?) He told me to bring it in on Monday. Well I drive out of the parking lot and drove not even a mile up the road to Walmart. When I got back in my truck to leave Walmart it made a horrible sound and the transmission will not longer go in to gear. I AGAIN call JImmy who said that it was not the fly wheel and that he may be able to work out a price to repair it that it wasnt covered under the warranty. (even though he never "had the time" to even look at it.) DO NOT take your vehicle to this company after researching this company I have yet to find a good reveiw...and it also has an F with the BBB. I guess I should have done this research before taking my vehicle there!!!
