I purchased a certification/training package from them, they promised;

Like actual certification exams our product is in multiple-choice questions (MCQs). Two features to our 70-663 Testing Engine is Practice and Virtual modes:
Practice mode allows you to take the exam with answers at the ready.
Virtual mode keeps score and times your performance - as if you were at a PROMETRIC or VUE testing center. Up until this point I cannot download my exams with practice and virtual modes, I have been sent a PDF of questions that are mostly NOT related to the latest exam. Answers DO NOT have comprehensive details, the results a not verified by industry experts, because an expert would know these questions are out of date! They are ignoring me emails. They have not communicated a reason for non-refund, not have they even communicated to me their intentions since the one PDF email. I WANT A REFUND! I have not got what I was promised in the purchase.
