I quoted an Everquest account to sell to this company and it came out 170. A week passed and nothing, I then got an email stating the quote had been adjusted to a lower price. I was a wee bit irritated, but I went ahead and took the 40 dollars less and replied to their email in agreement to the new amount. I checked the status of my order a couple of days later and it says awaiting "my" reply. I've tried doing their online chat, but have only been able to send them a message and always comes back with automated responses. I did find what I believe is their company profile and called and tried one person there and left a message. I'm providing that information for all below, it goes directly to their webpage. Hopefully they eventually get back to me or I'll keep calling and snail mail is going to be my next move. Character, Character LLC
