Mr Charles Matthau Ripped off My $100,000 Investment using Telemarketing Fraud.

I have repeated made phone calls to Mr Mathau's office with no response. The name of his telemarketing company that took my money was named Monarch Productions which has a State Court Ordered Cease and Desist Order and a refrain and desist order against them. They are now doing business under another name called Final Cut Productions in Sherman Oaks, CA. This telemarketing Company has repeatedly claimed that they were raising the funds for Mr Mathau for the film Freaky Deaky. I have nothing personal against Final Cut Productions they are only doing what they are told to do by Mr. Charles Matthau I was also told that over 1 million dollars was paid to Mr Matthau as a producers fee to produce a 17 Million Dollar Film that was promised to be a 40 million dollar film with huge well known stars. They have made the film with hasbeen washed up unknown actors, I have been told by the Screen Actor's Guild (SAG) that this amount is high and unusual on such a low budget film. The film is based on Elmore Leonard's novel "Freaky Deaky". Mr Matthau's 1 million dollar fee plus his hundreds of thousands of dollars in expense fees shows how greedy MR Matthau is with other people's money. I put up my hard earned money in March 2008 and have yet to see 1 dollar in return and was told that the film was going to open in 1000 theaters. As of this date Freaky Deaky has no distribution deal and I have been told that it has been turned down by the major studios. I am afraid that my hundred thousand dollars is gone forever. All I have gotten is excuses and lies from the very beginning.

Convicted felon Gary Arnold once again pretending to be an investor burned. Recently released from prison and with numerous civil harassment restraining orders against him, evidently he can only use sites like this to continue his well known projection of self loathing, and jealousy at others. Gary Arnold is not an investor in the film and all the sites he posts his lies serve one purpose only, to prove even further what an insect this being is. One cannot even call such a being human.
