Chase Auto Group
Chase Auto Group Salesman Ira, Salesman Ira drove the car after I paid my deposit for 3 weeks & car cut off not even 12hours after I drove off the lot
10th of Jul, 2011 by User198263
I visited a car lot with a friend in Dumfries, Va thinking that my car search was over. I placed a deposit on a 2002 Kia type car. I later paid a over the phone payment after so many calls from the dealership. When I got back in the country. My salesman Ira was over friendly from the first time I stepped foot in the car lot if you no what I mean. He told me false information about the vehicle from day one. I picked up the car expecting that it was the same car I paid for.I left the car dealership on Saturday at 1pm. And I was forced to sign a No Warranty just to get the discounted price. The car broke down not even 12hours later on 4th of July. Myself & my infant daughter & godson & his mom where stuck on the Beltway for 6hours until someone came to pick us up. I had to pay $125 to get the car towed to my house. When I finally talked to someone on Tuesday at the dealership due to the holiday. I explained what had happened and that I had been calling. I requested to speak to the owner and I was told that he wasnt in the office and later I found out he was in the office from him and my salesman. I asked what was his name and I was told Anthony and no one knew his last name. I was then told by my salesman Ira that the owner Anthony with no last name told him to tell me to get the car towed to the dealership. And he would see if he would repair anything. I told my salesman that the tow would be $175. I asked if they would help pay the tow or pay the tow. I was told that the owner who refused to get on the phone and with no last name said he would pay for a diagnosis becuz he will have his mechanic look at the car. During our conversation my salesman stated that he drove the vehicle for 3 weeks after my deposit was paid. He stated that the car drove perfect for him until I picked it up.He told me that he was using a dealer tag. My first responsed was why would he be able to drive a car that I paid for that is FRAUD!!! I was sold a car that I thought was the same car I first put my money down on and it wasnt. I want all my Money from this company they have no class, customer service, and the ownership is horrible!!!
