Return Saga - with insurance & tracking DIDN'T HAPPEN

Caution to all, www.christianlouboutinsalesshops.com. I shop online alot and fortunately I've been lucky to have had very few bad experiences, but this takes the cake. Purchased two pairs of shoes from these guys. $200 and a short time later they arrived, quality poor, fit too tight but that's a risk you take. Yet I knew I could when return them in any case so I emailed their sales consultant Vera. She first suggested that I try and resell them as postage return was expensive, but not having the time I chose to go with option number two and pay to postage cost for a refund.

Express postage, insurance and tracking at $75 a pop sent them on their way and three weeks later they were returned to sender. Two attempts were made to return my shoes to the address Vera had supplied me and both were ignored.

I brought this to their attention, supplied tracking details and the return address, but Vera said they hadn't received anything of the sort. Australia post claims otherwise and here's where you get caught. If they don't accept the return delivery then theres no goods to process the refund against - so bottom line $200 shoes that don't fit and $75 wasted on postage.

When I pointed out the facts to Vera she suggested that I sell the shoes to my friends and they would compensate me half of the postage cost being $35. Had to laugh at that one since Im our of pocket $275. They rave about their flexible return and exchange policy but it's an absolute crock. But if your still determined to give them a go, be sure to purchase via pay pal as you are covered for dodgy dealings when they occur.
