He will be very persistent, talks about doing business together, and claims to be a Free Mason knowing all secrets. To start you need to purchase a membership of $250.00 in order to acquire an account that would give you a laminated card with a barcode and an account number on it to identify your account. The most you can invest per account is $10,000.00. After everything is paid and started he will personally deliver a sealed white envelope with 10% cash of your initial investment to the investor personally. After the first delivery comes, no more will follow. Please be Cautious, even after various times you decline, he will still be very persistent and try to be your friend.
