You may have thought you got lucky when looking for cheap flights in Europe and a travel agent with attractive prices was CheapTickets.de. No indication of terms and conditions is available before or after making your booking. Of course, you receive your booking confirmation with instructions in German.
Still no terms or conditions mentioned. Too good to be true? Then you may want to rebook your flight(s) to a different destination or date. Ah, "No refund on alterations or cancellation to initial booking", those are the company rules. they can rebook at heavy penalties. You ask then for a refund. No deal $0 refund, but they insist that you make your cancellation official. they get to keep your money and you get the heartache. Resolution: never do business with this company. I did and paid the price!
