I met Darrick and Mike and they invited me to stay in their mountain cabin above Denver to sell hail damage repairs to the community that was hard hit in June of 2010. I thought I'd hit the bigtime, a place to stay, work to sell and a couple of good guys who want to do business and succeed.

We began selling work and soon realized these guys are all about the sell and getting the first check upfront, then the homeowner has to wait, and wait, and wait til Darrick and Mike get off their ass, buy materials and maybe in a month or two, eventually send a crack head to do the work, and then send him back to do it over, and again.

During the time I was there, 5 months, I quit selling after 2 months and spent 3 months trying to get my sold work completed. Now that I no longer want to work for them they have decided that they deserve to keep my commissions and steal them for themselves. They do this by getting the job 90% complete, taking 90% payment, 50% up front and partial pmts til the job is 90% complete, and the rest of the repairs the homeowner is stuck with til they get around to it, the 10% left with the homeowner is my commission. Which they wait til the salesman can no longer wait for his money, then they complete the job and cut out the sales rep.

FOR HOMEOWNERS, he's not local and is a stormchaser that gives all roofers a bad name. Do not give this guy a check up front, you wont see a crew for months because he needs your money to pay for work he sold a month ago. when he sells another job, he'll have the money to do your job. The only way to get this guy to do your work promptly,DONT PAYANYTHING DOWN.
