I would like to tell everyone in the USA.: Child Support Enforcement is scam and total fraud. Two years as I have been making less that my child support amount been granted to my ex-wife of $1400.00, even before the final court date I was working for less that $1400 per months, as I said to the judge, but judge ignore that fact and said: " you been making $3500, so you able to earn that money again, your bankruptcy status is not important to me". So, the clock start ticking on debt of $1400 againt me each months. I have been paying $200 per months for about 7 months, however, after my debt got $9000.00 child support refused to except even $200.00 from me. All my check have been returned back to me without being cashed. I did apply for child modification with child support enforcement. I did submit all my financial docs: tax return for 2 years, pay-stubs, bank statements,... however, after 4 months of review, child support refused to grant modification. I went to the court to modify the amount, and been granted $350.00 per month payment. I did sent payment to the child support enforcement of Gwinnet county, but my first payment been returned to me again without explanation. I am not able to find anyone in that department who could explain why child support doesnt expect $350.00 the modified amount. Each time I called, employer tells me that I own them $20,000.00 and I must pay or go to jail. total scam and fraud. women abuse the system and system abuse the tax-payers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
