charged $20.14 for 1 minute collect call

Today 2-15-12 I accepted a collect call from the above company and paid with my debit card and was charged $20.14 for only 1 minute. There is no number to contact them on my bank summary to call them but this is a big scam on there part and I want the money refunded to me since I was not even able to speak to the caller only to their automated machine to accept the card information,.

The same thing happened to me 5/29/12 but I received three calls, all less than 5 minutes, and was charged a total of $60.42. There is no number to contact them on my bank summary to call them but this is a big scam on there part and I want the money refunded to me. I think legal representation is warrented.
