As getting a court order will be expensive and only require them to remove the publication and not make them liable in any way for its content, or damage caused by it, effectively these bandits are getting away scot free with defaming anyone they see fit.

If you have a similar problem, I encourage you to write to complain about them to the bars of Texas, Oklahama, Georgia and California, where these criminals are being given a respectable front so they can be stripped of their cover.
