I sincerely suggest that whoever posted this defamatory and slanderous comment removes this before I take action that will have serious implications. Find out the facts !

I totally rebutt the accusations as a complete fabrication by unknown persons that I am a scammer; nor do I have any pending cases in any court of justice.

The name of the BUYER of the Opals that someone is saying I am a scammer of is
Jhunjhunwala Capital Trust PLC, represented by Mr. Ralph Barclay!

The project fact is that a certain buyer constantly has not performed even though they made our
seller meet them 2 times in Milan, Italy. The second meeting - they did not even turn up themselves!
After I send the buyer an email telling them to be serious - my name suddenly appears on this scam list!

Interestingly Mr. Ralph Barclay emailed me a link to the scam website that purports that I am a scammer. It even had a copy of the email text he sent to me about it, itself - strange how his email to me got onto the website!
