This is the worst company on earth
Im not kidding I have tried to do business with them twice. My friends, likewize. When you have very little choice because of boundaries (roadrunner is cincinnati only no outskirts) etc You have two choices and they are both outrageous. I moved out , several years later moved back, decided to try them again. Took out 3 phones , was supposed to have FREE phones that were 120.00 if i signed up they would give them to me FREE and send me rebate coupons. GUESS WHAT!??? 5 months later and many many hours on the phone and in their offices and demanding to quit (and the threatenend i couldnt or i would owe them 2 years 360.00 quitting fee) they owe me 120. x 3 (360.00 for the phones) they finally sent me the coupons and BOUNCED THEM~!!!!! resulting in ......bounced checks and fees to ..you guessed it ....wonderful 5th 3rd bank and their outrageous fees of 49.00 a check even tho it could be as little as 20 cents. yes. 20 cents. SO... i endeed up owing 5th 3rd 566.00 and cincinnati bell 798.00 WHAT!?????????? And the other day?? this was 4 years ago...i received a bill from them!!! give me a freakin break!!
