Citizens Shippers Ripped off a Veteran and Hard Working Truck Driver

I drive truck for a living and I joined Citizens Shipper ran by Richard Obousy CEO
CitizenShipper.com LLC, Director Icarus Interstellar Inc Longview, Texas..

I only joined to get cargo from CitizenShipper.com listings to haul on my truck and nothing more.. When you join CitizenShipper.com it stated on the signup page that you have to use your credit card for proof of address ONLY, the card would not be charged any fee's. I understand that and I feel that is okay to do as long as that is true

. When I confronted Richard Obousy CEO CitizenShipper.com support team I was told they charge my card because my friend opened an account on Richard Obousy CEO CitizenShipper.com web site. The problem with that story is that Richard Obousy CEO CitizenShipper.com charged the debit card over a week before my friend even joined.

After being on the site for a short time I got the feeling from what I saw, from the feedback
other legal drivers CitizenShipper.com seem to be a illegal and unlicensed Motor Carrier brokering site. I say this because the CEO Richard Obousy nor the Site seem not to be licensed by the US Federal Government as a Motor Carrier Broker but yet CitizenShipper.com claim's to have over 700 jobs posted to witch they are brokering for transportation of property with most going across state lines.

..... I feel this site is promoting people to become illegal commercial drivers by running uninsured commercial vehicles, unlicensed Motor Carrier, and most likely no DOT numbers as required by US Federal Government as a Motor Carrier. This is required to be for hire and pickup US Citizens Property and transport it across state lines placing the unsuspecting shipper at a huge risk and libel for there own property while in transport... I found by some of the remarks on CEO CitizenShipper.com web site that the driver bidding on these jobs do not even know the laws nor has Richard Obousy CEO CitizenShipper.com done anything to educate these people before they get arrested for breaking federal transportation laws

That alone I feel makes it clear that they are just simply scamming CitizenShipper.com clients, I feel Richard Obousy CEO CitizenShipper.com is miss using the site to gain personal & credit information to use later.

The BBB Business
Review shows in the last 9 or 10 complaints of over charging and continued charging after accounts are closed. Have you eve been on a web site, close your account, then later down the road get charged for what the Richard Obousy CEO CitizenShipper.com web site support time is calling imposed fines for damages that Richard Obousy CEOCitizenShipper.com support team determined the amount

Please help put a stop to people like this, I am only a truck driver and I been told Richard Obousy CEO CitizenShipper.com lawyer to quit telling his clients to check out the BBB Business Review… With Richard Obousy CEO CitizenShipper.com BBB Business Review’s I can see why he would have a lawyer do that, the BBB Business Review I feel backs up everything I say Richard Obousy CEO CitizenShipper.com using people debit and credit cards are their own personal bank accounts
