City Socialising pay to make new friends banned if you do make friends birmingham, Internet

I joined the website "CITY SOCIALISING" just under a year ago. I made a few friends who were suddenly banned for socializing with me as a friend in our own time.
I.E. not always going to paid events! They were given no warning ,just told that you cannot be seen to be stealing members from city socialising! Some other members tried to complain and were also banned.
Reason given: critism of city socialising and creating a negative experience.... Anyway, i stopped going for a while because the events all became silver only or i was removed from events because i hadattended 3 socials..... I started going again 2 months ago and within 2 weeks had received an email banning me!
Reason: running a rival network and poaching members!
This is an exact quote. Completely untrue, and i have sent 4 emails and was
told the matter will not be discussed further by lucy, the customer care
manager of birmingham office. Disgusting behavior and awful customer support.
These people take your money and try to push you into spending more money.
City Socialising Birmingham need to treat customers better instead of banning people for having friends hang out off the site
