CKK Designs Cruz Matsuda CKK Designs owes me my refund! South Gate, California

In December 2009, I purchased chair covers and slashes from CKK Designs. I was expected to get my products within a week but, they were late. I didnt get my product until one day before my wedding. I only opened one out of three boxes. To find that the chair covers did not fit. Once we saw that it didnt fit. My husband and I just agreed to send it back. I sent it back. Next thing I know, Cruz(CKK Designs manager) sent me an e-mail telling me that the chair covers are dirty and they had a pair of size 9 pair of shoes in one of the boxes. Honest to God we never used the chair covers(Have pictures and statements from wedding guests) nor were those shoes mine. So she tried to deduct from $445. To pay me $248.48. Which I did not agree on at first but, was frustrated and wanted any part of my money back. I kept asking for my refund but, no reply from her. So I reported her to Ebay & Paypal. Paypal suspended her account for 180 days. Cruz sent me a email saying that after her account suspension gets lifted that she will send me my money. She never sent me my refund or responded back to any of my emails or letter or Better Business Bureau complaint.
