CLEAR wireless Continue to charge my cancelled account, software crashed my computer!!!!! Internet, Internet

I signed up with Clear wireless several months ago because of their price and portability. Since starting in April, my computer had crashed dumped 19 times through early September. I sent my computer off to the manufacturer thinking it was an internal issue. Unfortunately no luck. They could not duplicate the issue and said it was an external device, sure enough, they were right. I knew the only device that was connected every day was my CLEAR USB. When I received my computer, I did not use the USB for four days. No issue!!! The first day I tried to use it again, my computer crash dumped three times in one hour. I called CLEAR and told them I did not want their service. I also told them about my service being poor and how I am frequently disconnected. After being transferred three times, I finally got someone to cancel my account. I told him about my computer being sent away and that I should not pay for a service that crashed my computer and will not pay for a month in advance. He reluctantly agreed and said I would receive an email confirmation. Two days later, and email that my device protection was cancelled. What about my account???? During these two days, I was also receiving automated calls that I have an overdue balance. I've called them the past two days and have made no headway. The last person I spoke with confirmed that my account was cancelled, but the notes in te system said I agreed to pay the past due amount and the current charge! I lost it!!!! I told the woman, that spoke crappy English, that I will not pay for a service that almost ruined my computer and certainly not for a month in advance. The woman said that because I called three days after my bill was due, that the charge was valid. Like Hell!!!! I told her that she needs to send me a statement proving that I owe the bill, and that if she does not, then it is CLEAR that is lagging. I also told her that I will contact the BBB if they refuse to stand behind their product and fix this. I will not pay for these charges!!!!!! And why can't I ever speak to someone that I can understand!!!!!!
