THE CATCH .......... you have to buy a $40 work permit ... ,,i was told my hotel and expensives would be paid for and i could start work asap ....lies lies lies ,,,,there is no work and there is no company a month later still waiting no job ,,but they change the website up every single day ,.,.,,one time i even saw an address on the site that didnt exist. i asked why we havent started working and he said the recruiter failed to get enough people .....lies ,,,krissy johnson ,,the recruiter never got paid for the people she did sign up ,,,lundon bell took pictures of a check sent her the pictures and said your moneys on the way but she never got paid,, later lundon bell (scum bag) sent me a contract ,,,,to recruit 500 people in 2 weeks for $5000 ,,,i looked and laughed the contract looked like a 5 year old made it and not only that thats impossible.. ive done sales that many people is not gonna happen... and he wan these people to pay $40 to sign up .Thats $20,000 for him in his pocket... he uses pay pay .....not even a merchant account ....with paypal you have 45 days to get a refund ,,so what he does is he leads people going until they cant get there money back .... Employment Agreement, between Club Sinity â„¢
For good consideration, the Company contracts XXXXXXXX on the following terms and conditions. Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of this agreement will begin on October 17, 2011. This contract is subject to the provisions of termination set forth below this agreement to begin on December 15th, 2011, unless sooner terminated. Salary. The Company shall pay XXXXXXX a commission of $5,000.00 for recruiting 500 people for the company’s Ticket Handler positions and getting each recruited employee candidate to sign up for the company’s mandatory work permit located on the company website at www.clubsinitylv.com by November 27th, 2011, (58) Fifty-eight days from contract signing. In consideration the payment arrangement with XXXXXXX and the company will be conducted as stated. Every time XXXXXX obtains 125 signed up employee candidates, the company shall pay XXXXXXX a commission of $1,250.00 for the services of recruiting and having 125 employee candidates signed up for work permits. XXXXXX agrees after payment to continue the recruitment process of the next 125 employee candidates. xxxxx will be paid a total of $1,250.00 (4) four times during this recruitment process for candidates obtaining the company’s mandatory work permit. The company will pay xxxxxxxx in the form of direct payments via western union, money gram services or direct deposit to any bank account XXXXXX has legal authorization access to. Company agrees to pay for a one bedroom fully furnished suite for xxxxx in Las Vegas for one month and one time (only) upon the first 125 employee candidates signing up for work permits. Duties and Position. The company is contracting xxxxxx as a Recruitment Specialist which is involved with employment recruiting. This position requires networking, cold calls and use of company referrals to acquire viable job applicants. As a Recruitment Specialists xxxxxx will be responsible for screening, interviewing, recruiting, and having employee candidate’s sign up for work permits via the company website. Confidentiality of Proprietary Information. XXXXXX agrees, during or after the term of this agreement, xxxxxx may have access to company emails and other confidential company operations and agrees not to reveal any confidential information, operations, or trade secrets to any person, firm, corporation, or entity. Should xxxxxx reveal or threaten to reveal this information, the Company shall be entitled to an injunction restraining xxxxxxxx from disclosing same, or from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the Company may pursue any other remedies it has against xxxxx for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of any damages of any kind from xxxxxxxx. Reimbursement of Expenses. xxxxxxx may incur reasonable expenses for furthering the recruitment for Company’s business, including expenses for posting the open job position online or through other sources, travel, and similar items. The Company will only reimburse xxxxxx for all business expenses if xxxxxx presents an itemized account and receipt of those expenditures. Reimbursement is paid once company has received the agreed 500 signed up employee candidates by November 5th, 2011. Taxes. The Employee agrees to be responsible for his or her taxes payable to such government agencies. Termination of Agreement. The Company and Employee may terminate this agreement at any time upon written notice for probable cause only for a breach of this agreement.....
