February 2011 - I booked a 9 night stay at CLUB YEBO HOTEL for a November vacation. I had to provide a credit card number for a 50% deposit. $216.14 was charged by CLUB YEBO HOTEL and the room reserved. July 2011 - I decided to cancel the reservation. After 30 back & forth emails & the hotel trying to pressure me into NOT cancelling, they finally agreed to refund $191.95 on July 20, 2011 keeping $25 for a reservation fee. Their website and when you receive the hotel confirmation clearly states Cancellation Policy: This rate allows booking modifications or cancellation without charges up to Wednesday, November 9, 2011, 6:00 PM local time. July 21, 2011 - ONE day AFTER I received a refund from CLUB YEBO HOTEL of $191.95, PLAYA PALMS HOTEL, the sister hotel to CLUB YEBO which I have never reserved nor set foot in charged me $223.32
