Be really wary. John Cohen said there's a loan program that suits my needs (found him off the net). I was looking for commercial financing. The loan program was very specific but when I searched online I found that the program doesn't exist. I confronted him but he tried to dodge by offering another product. He wanted fees upfront and said the fee is refundable (Yeah, right. If you believe that there's a bridge in New York I wanna sell you - with a money back guarantee).
Don't believe me - search online yourself. Google "John Cohen California Desist and Refrain Order" and judge for yourself.
I have dealt with other commercial brokers - usually recommended by realtors. They all do the work first and ask for money at closing. No closing, no payment - that's the norm, just like realtors, title agents and residential mortgage lenders.
Let's starve these guys out of business of swindling online so honest folks can thrive online. The days of Nigerian princes should have been behind us, but sadly they aren't.

This Guy contacted us and was turned down, because he was under investigation for fraud, and Embezzlement after we did due diligence, I think he is currently doing jail time for Embezzlement from his employer, and he faces several other criminal complaint, he lives in New York, I can provide his name and address, send me a email request
