& Jardine LLC and Jonathan N. Cohen AKA Jon Cohen has substantially
modified his website. They took down their Expertise in "Mergers &
Acquisitions" "Offshore Trusts" and all of the other fraudulent
representations. And there is no "Michelle Jardine" at the "Firm"
of "Cohen & Jardine LLC"

This is entirely correct and true. There is no Michelle Jardine. Jonathan Cohen rents a desk and phone in the attic of a building in Fanwood. Jonathan Cohen is NOT Licensed in any capacity as an Accountant. Cohen represents himself as a CPA however he hold no licenses of any kind.

He also represents his expertise in Forensic Accounting - Mergers & Acquisitions - Offshore Trusts.

Attorney Russell J. Huegel is a former Nurse and current council member in Fanwood NJ.

Attorney Russell J. Huegel is the subject of 72 Charges of Ethics Violations with the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

Russell J. Huegel is Cohen;s Attorney. Huegel takes the signature page of a Superior Court of NJ Judge (who resigned in 2009) and attaches it to his Court Orders".

Russlell J. Huegel a former Nurse and current Fanwood Borough Council Member the subject of Seventy Two (72) Ethics Charges currently pending in the Supreme Court of New Jersey - Office of Attorney Ethics.

An Investigator contacted the mysterious "Jardine" of Cohen & Jardine whereby Michelle Jardine explained the fraud of Cohen renting her name as he holds no licenses in Accounting or as a Financial Adviser.

Attorney Huegel further certified he "represents" Michelle Jardine however, Ms. Jardine contacted in Arizona stated "i have never heard of any Russell Huegel" and "Cohen rented my name - he rents a desk and phone from an Insurance Salesman in Fanwood".
