This is entirely correct and true. There is no "Michelle Jardine" and Cohen & Jardine LLC is a total fraud. Jonathan N. Cohen is not licensed in any capacity. He represents he is an expert in Forensic Accounting yet he is not even a licensed accountant.

This Jonathan N. Cohen is a Total Fraud. He is a Bookkeeper who pretends to be a Certified Public Accountant - Forensic Accountant and a host of other fraudulent representations.

Under Oath this Fraudster admitted he took the CPA Exam AND FAILED !

There is no "Jardine" at the Firm of Cohen & Jardine. Jonathan Cohen is a total fraud. He lives in a fantasy world of expertise in "Mergers & Acquisitions" "Offshore Trusts" and so on and so on. He has also represented himself as a "Forensic Investigator for the Court".

Jonathan N. Cohen is a total Fraud and lives in a Fantasy World of having expertise in a variety of disciplines of which he has no schooling, training or licenses.

He rents a Desk and a Phone from an Insurance Salesman in the attic of a building on South Avenue in Fanwood NJ.

He rented the name of Michelle Jardine who lives in Arizona and was once a licensed accountant in NJ.

Jonathan N. Cohen holds no professional licenses of any kind. He is not a licensed CPA he is not even a Licensed Accountant.
