I took my Honda Accord to College Park Auto Service to have the rack and pinion replaced as well as the sway bar end links. Honda's need honda only fluid for the rack and pinion. I even gave them the right fluid so they would not make the mistake of putting the wrong fluid in- they put the wrong fluid in anyway.Their mistake cost me another $400. The sway bar end links were put in backwards! Costing me even more money to correct their unprofessional mistakes. Mr. Kim, the owner (also a mechanic of some sort) admitted to me that he used generic fluid causing my rack to leak. He looked at the leak and tried to blame it on the transmission!!! He refused to fix it, or refund my money. Mr. Kim's shop also is a convenience/ gas station. Inside the convenience store, he sells crack paraphernalia, (glass tubes and random brillo pads).Let this be a major warning, any shop selling insidious items like these clearly have NO conscious and no idea how to treat legit customers.
