Comfort Solutions Inc Serenity Swings Ordered swing, hard to get in touch with owner, never received, cancelled order with promise of full refund, now

We bought the swing at a trade show at the Reno Rodeo in June 2011 with the promise of delivery of July 18th. Never received it, called repeatedly to finally get Alan on the phone, was promised a check for $270.00 for having to wait, got check and it bounced, he claimed he had his checkbook stolen. Said it would be delivered soon, waited and waited, finally canceled the order, got an email that said he would do a full refund including the money promised for delay in delivery, would be credited to our card in 4 to 5 days. Credit never showed, kept calling and calling, his voicemail and that of the office were always both full, can't get through, they won't answer emails either, and now the cell phone for him has been disconnected and office still says mailbox full, can't leave a message....VERY Frustrating and a business I no longer trust!!!!!! I will continue to try to get a refund, even if it means going to Idaho, he should not be allowed to get away with this, and now we find out we are not alone, others have been ripped off as well. I did file a complaint with the BBB, several others have filed as well, but we will not give up, this is so wrong. Alan Westphal is a bad person to do this to people, and should be held accountable!!!!!!!! We will go to the full extent of the law to recover our loss, $2000.00 is alot of money to be cheated out of. Don't get sucked in to either Comfort Solutions or Serenity Swings they will keep your money and you will never see your merchandise. BAD BUSINESS.
