Commonwealth Computers Owner would not give me name. they totally ripped me off The woman who owns the place said she would call if it was over $10

I took my computer in for a plug fix = it took over 2 months and when they called it said it would be $179 - when I dropped off the computer I was told by the owner that they would call if it was over $100 and I asked for a quote before they did the work She did not do that she just fixed it. (I think) - she did not! they placed a loose key on keyboard and I did not ask them to do it. She threatend that after 30 days the computer was hers. She wanted me to pay some now and some later, I told her she did not call as promised if it was over $100. She said too bad... that is what it is. I now have no computer and do not have the money to pay that much. I am disabled, 64 years old and she used that as a weapon to threaten me and told me there was nothing I could do.
