I seen him adverstizing this book on TV and I as well needed Goverment Assistents for winterizing my home. It seemed legit so therefore I purchased the book. I did not realize that they would be allowed to put something that is a scam on TV...So therefore I am irrate at this point. I am on a fixed income and to just throw away $ 25.00 makes me sick

Everyone complains about this outfit and no one ever does anything.

The street address "might" be 244 - 5th AVenue, New York NY but I can't find a registered entity for his company - "Communications Publishing - not in Delaware or New York.

I don't live in New York so I can't go there and check it out.

Most states have adequate laws and the guy could be sued in my state under our Consumer Fraud Prevention Act - it gives a $25, 000 additional damages to seniors damaged by these frauds. But I can't find him.
