compudeals2u gray market seller, unethical, bait and switch Internet
26th of Dec, 2011 by User760464
Just wanted to support what the prior person wrote... compudeals2u is a scammy, unethical company. It is a gray market seller that asks you to confirm your purchase days later via an email. When you call, they try to bully you into buying additional items (and usually ones that should be included in the order already). In my case, it was a camera battery for the Canon ELPH I ordered. The guy treated me like an idiot for fighting him on it, but when I told him that I was purchasing it to replace a broken ELPH and that my last one came with a battery, he canceled my order. Basically, it would be like buying a car and then having the salesman tell you that the tires and motor were extra. These are not honest people.
