Computer IT MD False Business Address, no Business License in Newport Beach California Newport Beach, California

Computer IT MD has no Business License in Newport Beach and is not located at 23 Corporate Plaza in Newport Beach, CA 92660. Computer IT MD claimed it is located at 23 Corporate Plaza in Newport Beach, CA 92660. That was the address posted on it's website: www.computeritmd.com, until, March 23, 2011, when a Business License Inspector from the City of Newport Beach told the proprietor of Computer IT MD, Mr. Rafael "Rafi" Davila, to remove the address (Newport Beach Business License Case #: 444079000). Further, Computer IT MD does not have and may never have had a Business License in the city of Newport Beach. Mr. Davila apparently used the Newport Beach address and building photograph for his business but was in reality a business with a false address that would have continued to deceive had he not been reported and caught. In essence, Computer IT MD and Mr. Rafi Davila never provided revenue to the city of Newport Beach, most likely never had an Agent For Service Of Process at the 23 Corporate Plaza address, nor with the Irvine Company (the said buildings property management company) nor with the City of Newport Beach. It is also very likely that Mr. Rafi Davila has, and never had, a United States Postal Service Form 1583 on file with the said building, with the Irvine Company, with the city nor with the United States Postal Service. Mr. Davila and Computer IT MD apparently seem to not be conforming to the California Business and Professions Code 17500: False and misleading advertisements which is a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six months, or by a fine not exceeding two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500), or by both. He may also not be conforming to California Business and Professions Code Section 17538.5. Besides the city of Newport Beachs demand of Mr. Davila, I believe that Computer IT MD warrants an adjusted rating by the area Better Business Bureau to reflect this offense. Further, Computer IT MD and Mr. Davila should be investigated by the California Department of Consumer Affairs and by the Orange County District Attorneys Office and by the United States Postal Inspectors Office for possible violations of California Business and Professions Code 17500 and 17538.5. The Irvine Company should also look into this situation for any possible damages they may have incurred.
