Kerby Carambot called and presented himself as an intake specialist from Consolidated Litigation Group. He said they were connected with Phillip Kramer, attorney. After talking for a long time, he requested that I send over all my mortgage information and after it was reviewed, they would contact my husband and I and discuss our qualifications. He mentioned that there would be a $7,500 retainer, if we qualified. I mentioned that there is no way we could afford that at this time. He said if we qualified, they would work out arrangements. He made an appointment the following day to discuss our qualifying by telephone in a conference call. Not only did the conference call not take place, but every time I have called the telephone numbers given, I only reach a recording. After reading all the internet information on this being a scam, I questioned Mr. Carambot about it. He swiftly said all companies have stuff like this on the internet. I am not surprised that the conference call did not take place, as I explained to him that with 20 years of legal experience and retiring from state parole, that I was doing my research and had lots of questions. I guess he answered all my questions by disappearing. Go figure!

I pray that nothing bad happens to you and may God forgive you for rejoicing in someone else's misfortune. BTW, I recently hired law firm of Kramer & Kaslow for, I was in foreclosure with a sale date around the corner and they were able to stop my house from being sold and get me into litigation with Bank of America.

Consolidated litigation group reputation is extraordinary to me. I had nightmares about losing my home to greedy predatory lenders, with no way out of it. With their help, we are in progress in a law suit with my bank and my foreclosure has stopped waiting for more justice.

Consolidated Litigation Group is excellent. The best thing to do is to be patient and wait for his email/phone call. It's important to understand that your attorney is a busy man and is trying his best to answer all your, and all of his other clients', questions. Qualifying as a plaintiff is a huge deal and isn't something that you should disregard. Give him time. Also, all terms are standard and usually cannot accomodate each individual's preferences.
