| I have received several threatening calls from mrs white from cps I refuse to speak to this woman but I have saved the messages my bill is paid and set up with western union speedpay thru cps I have funds directly debeted from my checking acct bi weekly mrs white continues to call me with very rude and threatening messages telling me the bi wkly payments are not any good also they have no record of my account ans so on and so on I received conformation through the mail from cps telling me my payments r received along with conformation nunbers witch I passed along to her and she tells me there are no records of this I explain this in an e mail to cps along with my conf numbers but to no avail. Please help I don't know what else to do, thankyou |

| KATE MILLER CALLED A FAMILY MEMBER STATING SHE WAS FROM CPS. WHEN I GOT HOME FROM WORK I WAS PUZZLED SO I CALLED BACK TO SEE WHAT COULD OF HAPPEND. TO FIND OUT IT WAS CHECK PROTECTIVE SERVICES cps. SHE EXPLAINED TO ME I WAS GOING TO GO TO JAIL FOR CHECK FRAUD DUE TO A PAST PAYDAY LOAN I WAS UNABLE TO PAY DO TO DISSABILITY AND HUSBANDS JOB LOSS OF 13 YEARS. N E HOW I AGREED TO FIND FUNDS TO PAY MY DEBT 3 DAYS LATER BY WHAT EVER MEANS I COULD FIND A FRIENDS CREDIT OR FAMILYS CREDIT CARD, PRE PAID CARD. SO THE DAY I WAS TO PAY MY FIRST PAYMENT OF $56 OF A ($175) TOTAL. SOME THING JUST DIDNT FEEL RIGHT SO I RESEARCHED THE NUMBER 760-423-1100. WOW I WAS NOT SUPRISED BY WHAT I HAD READ...THIS WAS A SCAM!!! SO OBVIOUSLY I DIDNT PAY AND GREEDY KATE MILLER CALLLED ME THE DAY AFTER MY SO CALLED PAYMENT DUE DATE AND I PROCEDED TO ASK HER FOR COMPANYS BUSINESS LICNSE OMG SHE GOT MAD AND STARTED GETTING RUDE ON THE PHONE THEN HUNG UP. I THEN CALLLED BACK AND SPOKE TO HER OFFICE MANAGER WHO WAS BEHOND RUDE CURSED, THEN HUNG UP ME. A YEAR AND A HALF LATER I STILL GET MONTHLY CALLES FROM KATE MILLER TELLING ME IM A LOSSER TO SOCIETY, IM THE SCAMMER, HOW I CANT PAY MY BILLS, JUST A LOT OF STUFF TO DIG LIFES CALAWS IN DEEPER (husband of 14 yrs and 4 beautiful children have worked very hard and been up and down the ladder like most of us out therer these days, we my mom then my house then my sainity) she just called $ days ago and left a message how i missed the phone and she missed our exchange of rudeness and how im hingering the rest of the world like always. some one please tell me what i can do so i no longer have to deal with her known bs. tired of her knowing herassment...mrs west |
