nate norton consumerbase charlatan told me no problem reaching homeowners in westchester county ny inferred he had around 800,000 homeowners-we contracted 7500 deployments of 750 homes in 10 specific zip codes-zero response-he said if I send him additional money he would deploy 15000 same arrangements-so i did-2 weeks pass I hear nothing!after numerous attempts to havehim contact me i find out it was not deployed yet with no explanation Now I have his boss involved amanda deiters-she said she's going to deploy 15000 but a few days later I get my report and only 7500 were deployed WhY? no response- now i talk to mike rude because Nate is FOS he tells me they owe me a "MAKE GOOD CAMPAIGN" and he will deploy 21000 at no additional cost-quess what only 15000 are deployed-they then email the names on their list-I cross referenced about 1200 of these homeowners names ith the Westchester County Property Records and only 25% showed they owned a home in westchester-faxed the info to telling her to send me some form of proof(adresses/phonenumber etc) her response was that her homeowner facts were "SELF REPORTED" WHAT? got hold of vp of sales rick holmes and basically blows me off -all I ask him is why no one is giving me answers-he does the same thing-uses fancy language but won't answer my questions-tells me this conversation is over-what balls-OH by the way what kind of response did I get from supposedly 15000 deployments- 00000000 none-total-and they think I'm going away! Think Again!

We're a Major Hotel organization in Mexico and echo the negative comments here about ExactData/Consumerbase. Regrettably I should have researched them BEFORE paying them $5000+ but hopefully this will save others the same headache!
We bought 170, 000 "leads" from their supposedly "credible" sources. Their VP Sales Ryan Kluck gave us all kinds of assurances and eventually we got the analytics which showed 450 "opens" from 170, 000 email sends! DO NOT DEAL with this company...?
