Corporate registries.ca Jose nino Internet Scam/ email money transfer montreal, Quebec

This company Corporate Registry Solution is complete Fraud. I was told by a friend to use this company. I filled out the form online and I was told to email the 99.00. I did that and Jose Nino send an email that they are working on filing my corporation. Well that was last and never heard from them again.
Stupid me, I did not check online and now I see that they have scammed many more like me.
Beware and stay away from them

I had a similar experience. Corporate Registries provided us with the Canada Incorporation documents but then asked for an interac money transfer for the Ontario corporation and stated that they would do this within one week. It has been a month and a half and although several follow ups have been made, we have not heard anything. The last time that we had communication from Jose Nino, he said that the papers were filed but because of the mail strike, things were delayed. I called the Ontario Corporate Registries office yesterday and the papers for our corporation were never filed!
Definitely stay away.
