Ordered a simple business name registration November 5, 2011. Initial cost was $40 on Credit Card, but then unadvertised costs were listed. I should've known, but anyway, I was already "pot-committed," so I continued. An Interac cost of $41.98 was immediately requested. Both expenses went through, but no update for weeks. A request for update sent to was sent November 25. No response as of yet. Left a voicemail at (888) 357-8526 today, December 12. Not expecting a response... A quick Google search resulted in me finding this site, with other unfortunate reports. Sucks to be me. I hear of some mild, frustrating sucesses, so I will continue to push this, but I won't keep my hopes up. I will try to get the Credit Card company to pull back the expense. I don't think I have a chance with the Interac transaction though...
