CorporateRegistries.ca Jose Nino Scam, or Just no Service? Toronto, Ontario

No returned calls or emails, no product, only evidence of payments received. At this point it's tough to tell if you have been ripped off, or are just dealing with incompetence. For my case it was incompetence. Who could make someone so frustrated to take time out of their busy day to file a complaint online? Jose Nino at Corportateregistries.ca. I applied online for a business name at corportateregistries.ca. A few days later I received notice that I needed to forward the number for government ID. No problem. After two weeks I email asking for an update. No response. 10 Days later I inquire again by email. It can't take that long to file for a business name. This time I do get a response "Hello Rishi. Thank you for your business. We tried Many times to send you the certificate by email, but the email address you provided with your order was not a valid email. Please provide a valid email address, so we can send your certificate. Thank you." It's very interesting that I received this response by email, yet I can't receive my certificate by the same means. Maybe just send the certificate already Jose!. Throughout this time of waiting for an email response I also called by phone 3 times, but only received voice mail. My application did end up getting processed, and information received, but not through corporateregistries.ca. I found the actual registry office that filed my application by finding it on my credit card bill, and had to contact them directly. As it turns out the business name had been registered a month ago, but how was I supposed to know not receiving anything from the original source I applied to? The registry office I contacted informed me that they are not doing business with corporateregistries.ca for this very reason, meaning mine is not an isolated incident. To this day I still have not heard back from Jose Nino or corporate registries. I have also learned that Jose Nino is conducting business under a different trade name as well, so please do your diligence and consider the message above before entering into any transaction with either.
