A few days ago I went shopping at costco and I bought 2 pieces of cherros from the food court.
One piece was fine the other was very hrad to chew. it was not fresh and tasted like a left over one. However after I took the first few bites and started chewing , I heard a cracking sound and then partial of my upper front tooth was broken and fell off. I felt discomfort and couldn't eat and chew ever since because the pulp was exposed. The next day I called the Costco and report the incident, I was told to come in the fill out the report. This tooth never had problem before. I was told that I need to have immedialtely attention for root canal and crown. I got the phone call from the costco claim service and I was told unlessI have saved the cherro to show them otherwise they can't do anything. Having the receipt and my broken tooth are not important to them. I have been shopping for costco for years. Costco make a lot of money from people but when thing happens they are not responsible and and show no care no apology at all.
