have not received call for interview as of yet 20 minutes late

I was contacted by this company for a job opportunity so as I always do I have researched them which everytrhing I have read leads me to believe this is nothing but scam..the interview I booked with them for 10 am EST is now 20 minutes late..and if they do not pay for training in the state of Florida where I live it is illegal to not pay people for the hours they work ..so if training is supposed to be paid which any good company would pay for training time spent..they will be sued by people from florida even though they are based out of texas..i am not holding my breath so even before i go any farther with them peace out they can keep their lies and bullshit!
