my name is better not said. i presently drive for crengland, i am a lease operater. i have been with them since oct 2010. i have 5 months left on my lease with them. i only wanted to go to work for them for one purpose to purchase my on rig, i am starving to death with them been thru 3 different cell phone companies cause couldnt pay bills now i am on prepay. had a car when i went to work for them now dont have that. had a home dont have that now went 12 weeks in a row no paycheck went 2 weeks with a check largest was 200 bucks. they have a hidden .14 a mile out of both mt miles.80 and loaded miles.90 that they take called a savings in video and in real life is varible milage. the varible milage is a RIPOFF PERIOD they say it is to keep the lease payments lower i pay 500 a week for this truck give me a break. on an avg week 2600 miles they are getting roughly $400 bucks of my money. That isnt the worst thing though another .07 goes into a reserve in case of maintinance needed on the truck which by the way is completely out of warrenty now. so all together cre is keeping in the company on and avg week of 2600 miles grand total ding ding ding $ 600 bucks leaving you the one working a 100. so in closing what im asking for is what they get every week a paycheck. on top of everything they are rude to you on the phone talk to you like a dog dont care you are hungry a diabetic and cant eat or buy your meds nothing very rude. i want to leave but i cant if i do they will slap a bad report on my DAC report and charge me the last 4months of this lease. please help me i dont know where or whom to talk to. and my fiance went to that school in salt lake city so we could make it that school is a total joke they havent a clue about nothing i was her trainer out here on the road and it took me 2 or 3 weeks to get the backing stuff shifting stuff and overall view of how to drive safely out of her head. now she dont drive cause they said i failed as a trainer and she wasnt cut out to drive a truck. this is a second complaint within this complaint. now she doesnt have a license at all cause they gave her a temp license that has expired so now we have to get her license reinstated to drive a car or motorcycle. i mean what the crap are they doing and why cant something be done.
