I WAS TRYING TO SELL MY ALMOST NEW BLACKBERRY BOLD 9780. I FOUND A WEBSITE, WWW.SWAPNGREEN.COM THAT OFFERED ME $206 FOR IT IF THE IT WAS IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION THAT I STATED ON THEIR FORUM. THE GUARANTEE IS THAT I WOULD RECEIVE AN EMAIL EVERY 2 DYAS WITH A STATUS OF THE ORDER AND WITHIN 10 TO 14 DAYS I WILL HAVE MY CHECK. I AM UPSET BECAUSE I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A STATUS AND I AM PISSED BECAUSE NOW I DON'T HAVE THE PHONE, NOR THE CHECK THAT WAS PROMISED. MY PHONE WAS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION (NO SCRATCHES, NO NICKS, NO WATER DAMAGE OR ANYTHING). THE ONLY REASON I WAS GETTING RID OF IT IS BECAUSE I MOVED TO A LOCATION WHERE THERE IS NO T-MOBILE SERVICE AND EVEN IF I UNLOCKED IT, I COULDN'T USE IT WITH MY CURRENT CARRIER OR ANY OTHER CARRIER IN THE AREA. THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL AND SOMETHING SHOULD REALLY BE DONE ABOUT THIS. I HADN'T HAD THE DEVICE FOR 6 MONTHS BEFORE I DECIDED TO CHANGE SERVICES DUE TO MY RELOCATION. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! THANK YOU,

This is what he wrote to swapngreen.com "Okay. Well, just to let you know I am in law enforcement and I know how to trace you. " swapngreen.com issued a payment already but yet he still wants to trace us?

Craig looked them up and responded with:

"OK I found them, OK we write checks on Friday, we will go head and send it out Friday, let me know if that works for you?"

That Friday would have been 8/5/2011.

Many emails since and still I have not received payment.
