Credit Card Builders
Credit Card Builders Over Promise and Under Deliver - BIG Waste of MONEY!!! Internet, Internet
25th of Jul, 2011 by User709998
I talked my fianc into paying $2,500 to join CREDIT CARD BUILDERS because they advertised that they could get anyone $50k-$100k in unsecured, business credit through credit cards. This company came highly recommended by Kimberlee Frank, the Real Estate Junkie, so I felt comfortable having my fiance sign up. My fiance originally signed up through Ari & Remy Page in April 2010, and he had a credit score in the 700s. They advertised that they could get anyone a minimum of $50k up to $100k in business credit, but my fiance only got a total of $30,900. Credit Card Builders has a 2 month cancellation policy but it took them longer than 2 months to get started so we were past that time when things started to go bad. Furthermore, it was a nightmare dealing with this company because we would not hear from them for weeks or months at a time and at one point we thought you went out of business. No one ever returned phone calls when they were suppose to nor did they ever respond to our emails or phone calls in a timely manner. Sometimes wed go weeks trying to contact them before wed finally get a hold of someone there. We did more waiting around for them to do something than anything and there was always an excuse as to why this was happening whether it be a holiday or the phones werent being forwarded correctly and no one knew it. We signed up for your company because of Kimberlee Frank and thought this could be the answer to our prayers, but it was not. The entire year we were so frustrated because they only applied for 3 batches of credit cards and 2 SBA loans, one of which was done right before our membership was up which totaled $30,900 which is not $50k-$100k. The last SBA loan packet was just thrown together, half-assed, and the financials were a year old so my fiance had to spend many hours doing them himself when that was their job, not his, and he only got $5k with all that work. Furthermore, we kept getting excuses as to why they did not apply for more batches of credit such as Kevins debt to credit limit ratio was too high. Yet there were times when he had that under 30%-35% like they wanted and we could not get them to answer our phone calls or emails so they could apply for another batch of cards. They advertise that they apply for a minimum 6-8 batches of credit cards in a year and we only got 3 even though Kevin maintained a credit score above 700 the whole time he was in the program. The last batch was useless because he did not get one credit card approval. Plus they advertise that they teach people how to build their own credit so we can go and do it for ourselves or we can decide to pay more and stay in the program, yet we were never taught anything. It was like pulling teeth to get any information from them or their coworkers. Lastly, I thought wed would have been contacted by them when our membership was up in April 2011 and yet we have not heard from them at all. What a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT and a waste of time and money!!! We expected more from them and from this experience, and we wished we had never joined.

The situation with Jennifer Simpson seems unfortunate and deserves massive clarification.
Jennifer and her partner Kevin are in a "difficult" credit situation, even with their bad credit set back, our firm has obtained over $30, 000 of funding for them. We are still more than willing to continue rendering service, and have even extend their normal contract indefinitely to reach the desired amount of credit on their behalf.

Contrary to Jennifer’s allegations and assertions, we run a very ethical and clean operation. Insinuations that we are unethical or do not provide service are contemptible, especially when Jennifer claims to be attempting to resolve the situation in good faith. We are and always have been willing to continue to provide service, but it becomes difficult to do so, when Jennifer is unwilling to return communication or do anything beyond making negative comments. The last thing we heard from Kevin was that he was not aware of what Jennifer had written about us publicly, although Kevin is the one who signed up with us, not Jennifer. So we have requested that the Better Business Bureau help us mediate as a conduit with this client in order to resolve this disagreement, we are hoping this will help.

Jennifer’s partner Kevin signed up for our services after watching a recorded presentation expounding on our services. This presentation is still live on the internet for all to see. In this presentation all aspects of what Jennifer claims is "miss leading" is openly disclosed. Additionally, our website, where she signed up clearly states the terms of our service.

To see what’s really going on here we should state that Jennifer and Kevin both openly stated in an email to our firm, that "they are in a new business, and now, no longer need our business credit" Thus they have chosen to demand their money back, even though they are past their money back guarantee and initial funding batches have already been received. Jennifer has shown she will say and do anything publicly in an attempt to blackmail our firm into giving them a refund, outside of the clearly stated refund period, even though credit has been delivered, and we have continued to work with them, within their difficult credit situation to gain more credit outside of the contract.

Most of what Jennifer has written regarding our firm does not take into account the difficult situation that her and her partner were in, until they received the $30, 000 of funding from us.

We would also like to point out, that if you Google Jennifer Simpsons name, you will see that she make a habit to complain and write libelous comments about other services and products she has bought.

Recently again we have reached out to Jennifer and Kevin through the phone in an attempt to urge them to allow us to continue rendering services. So far however our calls have been un-answered. Even with all this said we would still be willing to work with Kevin and Jennifer to continue rendering services and reach the desired amount of credit.

I’ve seen this post come up on a couple different websites, but I have to wonder what exactly you’re complaining about? You literally said they got you $30, 000 AND that you told them you didn’t tneed the money anymore… So forgive me if I’m missing something, but what is the problem? My brother signed up with Credit Card Builders last year – he is up to $225, 000 and his membership is almost done, but he’s going to sign up again. He brought me on a couple months ago as a Secondary and they worked magic to get me $38, 000 which is phenomenal because I’m 24 and seriously, what bank is going to just give me $38, 000??? They had to help me out a bit with inquiry removal, but otherwise everything has worked out great.
