Credit Solutions Law Group Claim to clear your credit record in 3-6 month. 15 month later, no results and bad attitude!! Moreno Vally, California

December 22nd 2011 Since September 2010 I have been a client of CREDIT SOLUTIONS LAW GROUP in Moreno Valley CA. Although my fico score is high I do have a blemish on my credit report and looked for help. Michael Armstrong and Joanna Garrett were giving me the â€˜good talkâ€™. Emails with promises how they could and would fix my credit kept flowing in.
As long as I did not ask too many questions they seemed oh so accommodating.
It would be just a matter of time till my credit was cleared and yes, just to be patient. Three to six month the most it would take. 15 month later and $1000 out of pocket, nothing has happen.
Now they wonâ€™t even talk to me on the phone. As the supposedly General Manager Tony Ogwo put it in an email, he is to busy to talk to me. Yet, he has plenty of time to send me patronizing emails with still empty promises.
They might have some inconsequential connection somewhere, but they CAN NOT FIX YOUR CREDIT RECORD!!!
As Jennifer from the C.E.O. and Presidents Office of Bank of America put it â€œdonâ€™t waist your money. We reviewed your file and those of many others and closed it out.â€ But CREDIT SOLUTIONS LAW GROUP keeps insisting that they can change my
credit score. Now they are babbling about the Attorney Generals office.
Anybody can file a complaint with that office. You donâ€™t need Michael Armstrong, Joanna Garrett or Tony Ogwo for that matter let alone spend money for it. To anybody out there that might be desperate: Donâ€™t get sucked in. CREDIT SOLUTIONS LAW GROUP is not your solution.
