Crum Ewing Poliachik Lawyer pretended to pay off VISA, said bank lost their post-dated cheque Toronto, Ontario

Crum Ewing Poliacik is in the same building as my mortgage broker, Brian hedmann, Power-Can Financial Services. Brian Hedmann promised to pay off my VISA but did not . The law clerk for Crum Ewing Poliachik reported that a $1,000 cheque to VISA was sent to my bank but the bank lost it. The second time she said that they had received it, but a few months later she said that it had never been received and she was giving me the $1,000. Crum Ewing Poliacik was acting for both me and my mortgage broker. My Visa was never paid off by Brian Hedmann and I had to get a bank loan to pay it off. Then Brian Hedmann got me another VISA card from another financial institution and Crum Ewing took the entire amount as payment. Brian Hedmann also works closely with Joe Ricupero, RCON Construction, RSS Contracting who he pressured me to hire to do renovations on my house. Joe Ricupero operates a company that is unlicensed and uninsured. A local electrical contractor inspected my house 19 Dec and he showed me the live wires in my basement and said that due to Joe's work my house is now a death trap and it will take $3000 to fix.
