I have a website and wanted to promote it with an online marketing service. I came across CSE Advertising Solutions through google. I read the site and saw they had a section for "guaranteed signups" which entailed that "CS Enterprises delivers Targeted, Real-Time Guaranteed Signups - just sit back and watch your downlines EXPLODE!". My websites office gives me all the data that happens with my website, i noticed that when i got varification from CSE that all the people who signed on were the only people who clicked on the website and it happend in a small time frame, which made me suspicious also none of the phone numbers were working numbers.

We track the activity of viewers and record the data they enter into our clients signup forms. Signups are marked as delivered when the first page submission form has been successfully delivered.
