Last month I dropped off my car at custom concepts of reno to get the windows tinted they told me $180.00 the they told me to pay for it which i did.Five hours later after they said it would be an hour i arrived to pick up my car,they then all of a sudden told me its now $250.00 I asked why it was more they said it took extra time & it was harder to do. i dont think this is fair or my problem since my quote was $180.00 Which i already paid. after speaking to friends about this come to find out this is a common occurance over at custom concepts im not the only one please step forward if you've been RIPPED OFF! BEWARE Of Custom Concepts In Reno/Custom Concepts Of Reno They Will RIP YOU OFF THEY LIKE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF GIRLS WHO DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT CARS!!

The only reason this would have ever happened at Custom Concepts is if the owner of the vehicle did not disclose that the vehicle had been tinted prior or was currently still tinted. This cuases any tinting shop to have to do additional work including removal of old window film or the glue thats left over from taking old tint off of a vehicle. The charges to remove old or existing film are very reasonable considering the time it takes to do so! Custom concepts has exceptional customer service and does not hide any additional charges from it's customers! They wouldn't be in business for over 13 years if they did!
