These two individuals have travled back and forth from Virginia, to Cape Cod They are nortorious for coming off as caring, honest, and loyal to a cause which involves animals. Please despite their love for animals, BE AWARE Cynthia and her partner will eventually leave you feeling as though you did something wrong

when they talk you into donating, writing checks, or renting to them. They will absolutely take from you, and vanish without a conscious. The own friends and family avoid them.

Cynthia Mantalos and Phil Heggie rented from me in 2001 in Charlottesville, Va. and left me with over $11, 000 in debt. $7, 000+ in bad checks and $4, 000+ in damages because they had 9 dogs and several cats. They are ripoff artists and should NEVER be trusted. Very smooth operators. Do not rent from them or provide them animal services. Several pet groomers and boarders found out they were renting from me and wanted to go after them for numerous bounced checks.
