Deal-cool.com Took money from my son and sent a fake game inreturn ,, Internet

deal-cool.com stole money from my son. My son paid for a video game and extra to have it sent here fast. It took 3 times longer then they said it would to get here. then when it finaly got here. The game did not work. We have tried to conbtact them sevral times but there is not number to call. I have sent emails and they replied saying we have had the game for over 10 months so we can not return it. We just recived the game in the mail on the 6th of this month. That was on week ago. They are still refusing to send me the money back. I have been told by the store we bought him a new game at that the game sent in the mail from deal-cool.com was a fake. There is not game and it is just an empty cartrage.

I bought many ds game from deal-cool.com, although those games are not original but all is working good and only pay for $10, that's very cheap price, I think you may contact deal-cool to replace it if the game doesn't work, or send it back for full refund, if you want to buy a original game, you will pay $30 more via other sellers.

I don't have any complaints abourt deal-cool.com I actually had a good experience with them. The shipment did take about 5 weeks for delivery. I logged on to the website and couldn't find my order, so I did get nervous. After it arrived, however, it was the original product just about 20.00 cheaper. I would order again!
