Dealership did not have manufacturer's sticker price on car. Shown me
two exact colored model cars, one a 2010 and a 2011. Showed me exterior
and interior of 2011, but gave me the 2010 when a sales was complete.
Charged me twice for freight and tax, title. Called it destination, tax
and title in initial pricing but charged again in contract calling it
freight and recharging tax and title. Gave me the manufacturer's
pricing sheet after the sale and they added $1,445 to the base price on
the contract. Lied about the mileage. Did not honor coupon as stated
online. Had additional items added to sales price that was not agreed
to. Gave me the 2010 that had weather damage outside and stains all
over the inside along with a scratch on the side, yet charged me $375 on
the contract for dealer installed rustproofing and undercoat. Several
salesmen Pressured me constantly while I was there. Totally
disrespectful to women. Went back with complaints to sales manager and
then next day to general sales manager. Both said I signed the
contract and that nothing can be done. Everyone there worked together
in their dishonestly.
