I am also aware that Dean Stein was assigned as "master" over my father's estate against my father's Will and State Law without my or the other heir's presence in court. My attorney at the time, Horace O'Neal (who was never working for me, my children, or my father's estate)and my brother's attorney, Robert Townes allowed this to happen. It appears that these attorneys were talking with my ex-husband and my brother's ex-family and helping them dishonor my father's Will and prevent me from helping my father during his illness in order to steal my parent's property and both of our inheritance. It appears they were the source of all my problems and the source of all the false allegations about me. I am now aware that these people THOUGHT that my father bought my home years ago and therefore believed that my home should be included in the estate! However, I do have documents to prove that this is totally false and documents to prove I made the down payment on my home, I made the mortgage payments for over 15 years, and I owed over $75,000.00 on my home at my father's death! These transactions were done by Robert Townes who was my brother's and the relative that illegally acquired property belonging to my father's estate attorney! It appears that my and my brother's ex-families thought that they should get all my parents assets and property and all the attorneys involved helped them do so. I am aware of large amounts of money and property that my parents gave my brothers sons over the years. It appears that my father's suffering and this fiasco l and my children went thru for over 3 years was caused by GREED of others involved that were not heirs in the estate, were not working for me, my children, or my parents, knew nothing about me, my affairs, my parent's affairs, or the details of their assets. These people also helped my ex-husband try and take custody of my children because of their GREED for my parent's assets that did not belong to them. Most of the dishonest, greedy attorneys involved help them accomplish all this because of their GREED for the assets my parents worked for all their lives. Dean Stein would not inform the judge of all this illegal, if not criminal activities, in spite of the numerous documents I gave him to prove my claims. He also did not inform me of hearings concerning my father's estate or my uncle's estate which I was legal executrix of. This allowed a relative to illegally acquire and sell property belonging to my father's estate. Dean Stein also did not pay me over $100,000.00 that belonged to me from my father's estate which I can prove by the accounting. Nor would he advise the judge of all the illegal actions, conflicts of interest, theft of property, theft of funds, dishonesty of attorneys, and other illegal actions of most involved. He could give no valid reason for this. This was against my father's will and state law. whatever you do, do NOT let attorneys or probate court get involved in your estate. My father took great pains in assuring his estate would not be in his will and power of attorney. None of this should have happened according to his Will and State Law. However, attorneys nor probate court honor a person's will or the laws!. Your Will is meaningless no matter what you do! The dishonest, corrupt, greedy attorneys and others will steal everything you worked your entire life for and they will ruin your heirs lives in the progress. I have yet to find an honest attorney with a ounce of integrity in Alabama to help me. Deborah
