Debt Remedy Solutions Debt Remedy Solutions Promised but failed to settle my debt Internet, Florida

On April 30, 2010, I signed agreement with Debt Remedy Solutions to settle a debt of about $17,000. Since then my creditors kept calling me and just recently (08/10/2011) threatened me of further actions because Debt Remedy Solutions did not contact my creditors and refused to either speak with my creditors or myself. I finally decided to terminate the agreement with them after a deposit of about $2165.19 have been debited from my account. I went to my bank and asked if I can dispute the charges and retrive my money back, the bank said I can only get my money back from Debt Remedy Solutions because I authorized the company to debit my account. I want my money back because:
Debt Remedy did not settle any of my debt even when they have collected $2165.19.
Debt Remedy refused to speak with my creditors.
Debt Remedy refused to speak with me - no communication
Fake phone numbers - 24 hours computer generated response - voice mail
Fake fax numbers I have tried to convince this company to refund my money for incomplete service but they declined to reimburse me and the telephone is always on computer generated response. I am seeking assistance from anybody who can help me to get my money from this dubious company. I therefore advise people who are in the same situation like me to investigate carefully before choosing a debt settlement company Debt Remedy Solutions is a scam. Thanks
