They run a web site called The Northface Sales.net This site is a total scam. I ordered a North Face winter coat and received the wrong size, not even close. Try to conatct the company and there is no phone number, only able to respond by email. And even then they do not reply. There is a live chat that is open in the middle of the night, but they just give you the run around with broken english.


Working with the bank on refund!!

The website bestnorthfacesales.com is also a scam. At least you got your jacket. I never got mine. They say if your order doesn't show up in a month you will get a refund but they also have no contact numbers and never reply to emails. The first thing that is at the top of their site says 24/7 customer service. This site is a total scam.
